Near 3616 S. Wakefield Street; Arlington, VA
This stone is on the east side of King Street, just northwest of its
intersection with S. Wakefield Street. According to Woodward, farm plows
had destroyed the top of this stone by the early 1900s. Although what
remains now hardly resembles the other stones, the 1995 NOVABOSTCO report
concluded that "the stump of SW4 may be part of an original stone." This stone
is not in its original location, having been repositioned when King Street
was widened.
